Drawing on the fields of museum studies and archaeology, we will work on new approaches to museum management and exhibitions, developing professional skills and opportunities for curators, and conducting research on cultural heritage.

In recent years, museums and cultural heritage sites have been expected to actively contribute to a variety of needs, including the promotion and preservation of traditional industries and culture, regional branding, and lifelong learning and school education. This research laboratory recognizes the need to systematize these efforts academically while simultaneously putting them into practice, and envisions an academic field that comprehensively applies and practices museums, archaeology, art, cultural heritage, and tourism.

From my position involved with cultural heritage , I hope to contribute to solving various social issues and the happiness of people by fostering and passing on culture to people in various regions both domestically and internationally, and by building the foundation for the future of society .
